PERMS:
If your hair is permed, Please allow up to 3 weeks prior to booking your appointment. Unfortunately, Perms weaken the hair so we want to make sure your hair is back at its potential state.
 
*Fresh permed hair will be refused upon arrival an will result in 50% of Your service Fee which will be charged to the card on file or added to your next service.

HAIR LENGTH:
*Your Hair Must Be at least 3 1/2 to 4 inches for a healthy braid install.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits are mandatory And are Non-refundable.

RUNNING BEHIND?
Please Let us Know. We understand. Please provide a good contact number for us to reach out to you in case we my be running behind from time to time.  PLEASE LET US KNOW!
Otherwise, You will be given a slight grace period. At 15 minutes after you will accumulate a late fee of $15. $1 is added for every minute after that. If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.

RESCHEDUALS:
If You Need to Reschedule, Please Let us Know. You are able to transfer your deposit 1 time before having to rebook your appointment.

 LATE CANCELLATION:
 To avoid additional fees when booking, if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment please cancel in a timely manner.
*Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled service will result to a 50% late cancellation fee of which will be charged to the card on file or added to your next service. 
 
NO CALL - NO SHOW:
 All no call no shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled. This fee will be charged to the card on file OR added to your next service. Future appointments will be restricted or cancelled until this fee is paid in full.

REVIEW YOUR BOOKING:
Please Review Your booking BEFORE submitting Your Deposit.
*If you are booking for a particular Braider, there is a filter feature for you to choose your Braider.
 *If you book the wrong braider, Your Deposit will be Garnished and you will be referred back to the website. 
 
SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT:
Soon as you submit your deposit you will receive a confirmation via email. You will also receive a text reminder 24hr prior to your appointment.
*Please be sure that all contact info entered when scheduling is correct to assure that your reminders are received. Be advised that these confirmations and reminders are sent through an automated system so if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so by texting (903)445-5785
